Keith Kozel, of Easton, was pronounced dead at the scene on the 1400 block of Keystone Road in Salisbury Township after the crash around 1:40 p.m., according to the Lehigh County Coroner's Office. The single-engine Piper PA-28 had departed from Queen City Airport in Allentown and had only been in the air for three minutes before going down in a residential yard, according to The Federal Aviation Administration and records obtained by WFMZ.
