Body Of 20-Year-Old Man Found In Stamford, Police Call Death 'Suspicious'

The man was found in Stamford around 2 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 18 near the pathway that connects Woodland Avenue and Walter Wheeler Drive. Capt. Tom Scanlon of the Stamford Police said the man was found after the department received a 911 reporting a man lying on his back in the area. Stamford Fire and EMS responded to the scene and pronounced the man dead, Scanlon said.
